It is essential that your will is designed around your personal circumstances and information provided on this website will give you some help here.
At Wilson's Wills we do not want any surprises when it comes to fees. We work on a fixed fee basis as shown below. In our view it is important to have a face to face meeting and this can take place in your home. For those who would find this difficult we can offer a video chat. Following our meeting draft documents are then prepared for discussion and once you are happy the paperwork can be signed.
Standard Will Service
We have designed this service to cover a number of straight forward situations where there is not a requirement for the protections otherwise used in wills including:
- Couples leaving their respective estates to each other and, failing that, to their children;
- Couples who wish to leave their estates to each other and, failing that, to one or more named beneficiaries;
- A single individual leaving his or her estate to one or more named beneficiaries.

Estate Planning Service
This service covers wills that incorporate a trust structure designed to protect assets for the family, whether this means care protection, blended families or where one or more beneficiaries have special needs or on means tested benefits.

Powers of Attorney
A single person creating one document (either Property and Affairs or Welfare) £150
A couple creating one document each (either Property and Affairs or Welfare) £200

Please note that there will also be a court fee of £82 to register each LPA document
A Lifetime trust
You may want to set up a trust in your lifetime for tax or other reasons. Our fees for setting up these trusts will be £1,800 and includes tax advice and other advice including trust registration.
